To those who know him, Joe is considered the ‘Social Media Guy.’
Joe is a Social Media Marketing (SMM) consultant and trainer whose career spans a plethora of industries such as travel, real estate, mort-gage, public waterworks, healthcare, and coaching. He has trained and consulted multiple small and medium business owners on the power of leveraging SMM.
Former owner of Social Media by Joe, he has developed specialized online e-Learning courses for SMM. More importantly, he is the proud father of three beautiful children and a loving husband to a beautiful wife. Joe is a proud member of the Temecula Valley New Generations Rotary Club, which strives to create a community of “Service Above Self!” His membership-status also includes the Temecula Chamber of Commerce, Murrieta Chamber of Commerce and the Valley Young Professionals (VYP). Joe is an active blogger and guest speaker with emphasis on social media.
Joe received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from California Baptist University and has studied multimedia with an emphasis on web design at Mt. San Jacinto College. He lives in sunny Southern California with his wife and two young children, loves to travel, slices a golf-ball or two, watches too much ESPN, is a football enthusiast, is a ‘Catcherman’ of fish and is fortunate to spend time with his family and friends.

Christine (previous owner of Sea Squared Marketing) has been consulting with self-employed professionals and small business owners on the power of email and social media marketing since 2009. As a Constant Contact® Business Partner and Expert, she uses her knowledge of email and social media integration to help clients create well-rounded e-media marketing strategies.
Above and beyond production and consulting work, Christine conducts social media and email marketing workshops focused on giving small business owners the keys to unlock a successful e-marketing strategy. She is able to effectively communicate and teach business owners why social media and email marketing are crucial components of any marketing campaign, as well as outline creative ways to keep customers engaged and interacting with their brand.
Christine is an active participant in the Temecula Valley and was elected the 2012 Temecula Chamber Valley Young Professional’s Chair. She volunteers her time helping fundraising efforts for charities and other community events that are geared towards civic outreach. Christine also volunteers her time managing the social media and email communications for her church, Coventant Grace. Currently, she resides in Temecula with her husband of 9 years, Brett Chappell, and her 6 year old daughter, Brianna.
